If you are a CMU student, faculty or staff member, you will now login to CMU's ezproxy server via Office 365.

If you don’t know your CMU email password, contact the receptionist at 204-487-3300 ext. 363 (between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays). Weekends, holidays, and after 5:00 p.m., email the CMU Helpdesk or call 204-295-7555.

We have assigned special ezproxy usernames and passwords for some special cases. If this applies to you, you can login with this form. This will not work for CMU students, faculty or staff members, who must login via CMU's Office 365 login.

About CMU’s Ezproxy server

Ezproxy enables members of the Canadian Mennonite University community from off-campus to access electronic resources available through the CMU Library.

Under the terms of license agreements, use of licensed databases and e-journals must be restricted to current faculty, staff, and students of CMU. (CMU alumni are limited to off-campus access to JSTOR. Contact Vic Froese for instructions.)

If you are using a shared workstation, please close your browser when you are finished.

If you are having problems, email Vic Froese for help or call the Library at 204-594-0514.

Terms of Use

Users of Ezproxy agree to comply with CMU’s Information Technology Acceptable Use Policy policy and to any copyright restrictions that may apply to the use of electronic resources hereby made accessible.

Users are also expected to abide by all other relevant CMU policies, guidelines, and procedures. These include but are not limited to CMU’s “Guidelines and Rules for Community Life,” 2011–2012 Student Handbook, pp. 27-30) as well as academic policies, e.g., those that prohibit plagiarism (Handbook, pp. 50f).
